Peru Coffee

This coffee is a single origin medium roast from the Amazonas region of Peru. It is a washed bean vs. wet hulled and grown at an elevation of about 1600 meters. It is a smooth body, medium acidity coffee with floral and chocolate notes. That's the fancy description.

We found the taste to be a deep and dark chocolaty flavor. Rich doesn't seem to be the right word, it is not overpowering or strong, it's deep. Thats really the best word I can find to describe it, even the coloring is deep brown, like you would see in a chocolate drink. Deb drank most of hers without creamer, which is amazing, since she likes coffee with her creamer.

Not sure we will add this to our lineup, unless our customers want this particular coffee. It is part of our sampler pack, so please let us know your thoughts when you try it.
