Our First Cup

We ordered and received our own Jaggers Sampler Pack. This pack contains three of our offerings, Lone Star Lasso, Bali Brew Ha Ha and Espresso Blend. It also contained a Breakfast Blend, Mexican and Peruvian Single Origin. All are a drip grind, so it is suitable for coffee makers or other methods of preparation like French Press.

Our first brew is Lone Star Lasso, it is a medium roast with flavor tones that include caramel, chocolate and just the barest hint of smokiness. I drink my coffee with just a sprinkle of sugar and my wife drinks hers with French Vanilla creamer, both of us had the same initial reaction....Smooth. 

The flavors are not overpowering and there is no bitter aftertaste like you will find in commercially available brands. The flavor notes do linger on your palette, but in a way you can truly savor.
