New Taste today

We tried a single origin medium roast from Mexico today. Specifically, it is from Chiapas Mexico and was grown at around 1500 meters elevation. It has a flavor profile Medium Acidity, Creamy Body, Lemon, Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate. All of that to say, it was really good. It is currently part of our sample package so hopefully you will like it too. 

Deb was particularly impressed with how smooth and aromatic it was. She managed to polish off most of it before arriving at work, which is unheard of, her large cup usually lasts the whole day. The aroma permeated the house with such a rich smell, it just made you feel good.
